Stansteel Batch Tower:

• Stansteel Batch Tower and Bucket Elevator with a 10,000# capacity pugmill.

• Hot Elevator with 40 HP drive, heavy duty chain with 17” x 10” aggregate style buckets

• NEW buckets, chain, tail shaft, idler wheel, bearings, head pully bearings, drive & driven sprockets, drive chain installed in 2020

• Horizontal Diester 6’ x 16’ Screen installed in 2014

• Four (4) compartment hot bins with high- and low-level indication and external access ports to the interior for inspection.

• 10,000 Pound hot oil jacketed pugmill with a 200hp motor

• Air Pro fugitive fan with 50hp motor

• NEW pugmill liners, driven sprocket, and drive chain installed in 2020

• NEW pugmill arms, tips, bearings, drive chain, side liner, gate liner, shaft seals

installed in 2024

Standard Havens Baghouse:

• Standard Havens Magnum Size 29

• (464) 6’ dia x 16’-5” long bags = 12,260 sq ft of cloth (bags & cages not included)

• 66,000 ACFM @ 5.5:1 air to cloth ratio

• Baghouse fan with two (2) 125hp motor

• Ductwork to dryer included

• NEW bearings in Exhaust Fan installed in 2026

• NEW screws installed in 2020

Stansteel Dryer:

• Nominal 9‘-1” dia. X 36’ long Dryer

• Full perimeter wide flange beam frame with walkway included

• Inlet and outlet shrouds are included

• Gravity type material feed chute to the shell

• Heavy Duty 100hp motor.

• Astec Whisper Jet Burner currently operating on natural gas

• NEW trunnions installed in 2021

• NEW trunnion bearings installed in 2026

• NEW flights installed in 2022 (~500,000 tons since)

• NEW drive sprocket, driven sprocket, and electric motor installed in 2020

• NEW drive chain installed in 2025
