Complete 400 TPH Portable Counterflow Drum Plant

· Portable Boeing Four (4) Bin 8’-6” x 14’ Cold Feed System with nominal 30” wide feeders.  Bins have 5 HP motors.  A nominal 30” wide x nominal 72’ long integral collecting conveyor with 10 HP motor. Equipped with self-storing, retractable support skids to grade and dual axle portability.

· WRT Portable Scalping Screen/Scale Conveyor Unit is equipped with adjustable support legs to grade. Single deck 4’ x 10’ Virgin Aggregate Scalping Screen. 36” wide x nominal 52’ long Feed Conveyor with wind guards and belt scale.

· Portable Maxum 9’ diameter x nominal 50’ long Counterflow Drum equipped with a 7.5 HP slinger feed conveyor.  The unit is trunnion driven with eight (8) 25 HP motors and Heavy-Duty Nord Gear reducers. A Hauck EcoStar II 125 MBTU burner running on natural gas, a recycle entry collar, support stands to grade, and a triple axle suspension with trailer booster. Fuel Train with heavy duty stand included.

· Portable Maxum 90,000 ACFM Pulsejet Baghouse includes mounted New York Blower fan with twin 150 HP drive motors, a knockout style primary collector, drag slat dust removal with cross auger and Triple axle suspension. Four (4) augers included, three from baghouse to drum and one from knockout box to rap collar.

· Nominal 400BBL aerated Dust Silo with high level indicator. Access Ladder from grade to top of silo. Dust Silo is equipped with top mounted filter vent baghouse.

· Holeshot twin 30,000 Gallon skid mounted, electric AC Tank. Tanks have been reinsulated for maximum heat retention. One tank is equipped with Micro Motion Coriolis metering pump and controls. One additional direct fired AC tank running on diesel is included.

· Stationary 25,000 gallon split fuel tank.

· Complete Recycle System includes Stationary Recycle Bin, Stationary Screen/Lump Crusher skid, and portable Recycle Feed Conveyor.

· Cedarapids Model #420ABOI 65-Ton Self-Erecting Silo System with reverse weigh silo batcher assembly and onboard gasoline powered hydraulic lifting system. 37 1/2” wide main slat conveyor with twin 40 HP motors. Silo System is equipped with a Triple axle suspension.

· One (1) Control House with MCC that includes Systems Controls and a John Deere 110KW Generator.

· One (1) Container with 1000 KW Cummins Generator.

· One (1) Tool shed with miscellaneous parts.

· One (1) Container with Sullair 30 HP and 40 HP Compressors
