Complete 5 Ton Counterflow Batch Plant

• Stationary Six (5) Bin 12’ x 12’ Cold Feed System with nominal 26” wide feeders. All bins are equipped with 3 HP drives and Dodge TXT323BT reducers. Bins 1 and 5 have 3’ bin extensions with the remaining bins have 2’ extensions. Bins 1-4 have grizzlies installed. 30” wide x nominal 85’ long integral collecting conveyor with 10 HP drive. 30” wide x nominal 26’ long feed conveyor with 10 HP drive.

• Stationary Counterflow Dryer measures nominal 9’-4” diameter x nominal 36’ long. The unit is trunnion-driven with two (2) 60 HP drives. Vulcan RB 120 (120 MBTU) burner currently running on natural gas.

• Aerated Dust Silo access ladder from grade to service platform along with access to top via batch tower.

• Stationary Pulsejet nominal 75,000 ACFM Baghouse includes (588) 7” dia x nominal 13’ long top load bags. Hopper mounted Dust Removal Auger with 5 HP Drive. Garnder Denver DuroFlow Dust Blower to return dust to Dust Silo. Champion size 490 mounted Exhaust Fan with (1) 200 HP drive. Full perimeter handrails and caged access ladder to the top. Knockout style Primary Collector.

• A.C. System is equipped with two (2) Burke stationary 20,000-gallon coiled AC tank and one (1) Burke vertical stationary 30,000 gallon AC tank. A.C. System is heated by Burke hot oil heater with Power Flame burner. Unloading and plant supply pumps included.

• McCarter 5 ton Batch tower including Bucket Elevator, Screen, four (4) Hot Bins with high and low level indicators, AC weigh bucket, twin shaft pugmill. Under plant flop chute to feed drag slat.

• Three (3) Astec 300-ton capacity Storage Silos. Silos are equipped with oil-heated cones and gates, batchers included. Two (2) Astec bintop slats measures 37” wide inside box x nominal 16’ long. Main Slat Conveyor measures 36” inside box with x nominal 100’ long overall length. Flat bar slats measure 7” wide x 34” long on 6” pitch. Avery Weightronics scale measures 10’ wide x 70’ long.

• Plant is equipped with Stansteel Accu-Track Legacy system controls Astec loadout controls.

• Stationary Control House includes HVAC and main breaker.
