Intrame Flowmix Portable 140TPH Counterflow Drum Plant. Features of this plant include the following:

· Portable Four (4) 10’ wide TM-70 Cold Feed Bins with retaining walls. All bins are equipped with grizzlies and 2’ bin extensions. 22” wide feeder belts equipped with 3HP variable speed motors. One (1) sand bin includes a vibrator. 20” wide Collecting Conveyor is equipped with belt scraper and powered by a 5.5 HP motor. 32” Scale Conveyor is powered by a 5.5 HP motor.

 · Portable Counterflow Drum measures 6’-2” diameter x 24’ long and is equipped with a 3 HP slinger feed conveyor.  The unit is trunnion-driven with four (4) 10 HP motors. 35 MBTU Heavy Fuel Burner equipped with blower and electric preheater.

 · Portable Reverse Pulse 24,000 ACFM Baghouse includes (264) bags, nominal 4,600 sq ft of cloth. Mounted Exhaust fan with 100 HP motor. Equipped with Airlock and Dust Auger returning to drum.

 · A.C. System is equipped with one (1) portable 15,000-gallon coiled AC tank and one (1) 5,000-gallon fuel tank. 15,000-gallon AC tank is insulated and skinned with level and temperature indicator. 5,000-gallon fuel tank is also insulated and skinned with temperature control. Intrame model #DSH-30 Hot Oil Heater with 7.5 HP circulation pump and combo fuel burner. Unloading pump is driven by a 10 HP motor. Plant pump is equipped with a 5.5 HP variable speed motor.

 · Twin Shaft Pugmill is jacketed and oil heated with two (2) 25 HP motors. Pugmill includes AC injection system and lined with Chrome Carbide. Self-erecting Drag Slat is lined with ultra-hard, wear resistant liners with 15 HP motor.  5-ton surge bin with 11’-6” drive thru clearance. 5-ton surge bin is equipped with level indicator and clamshell style gate.

 · Air-conditioned Control House measures 10’ x 6’. Plant is equipped with ASFLOW10 Controls.
