Stationary 250TPH Parallel Flow Drum Plant

•Stationary Six (6) Bin 9’ x 12’ Cold Feed System with nominal 24” wide feeders. All bins are equipped with 3 HP drives and Dodge TXT225AT reducers. Equipped with three (3) 4’ x 5’ Link-Belt single deck screens fed by two bins. Bins 1 and 6 have 3’ bin extensions with the remaining bins have 2’ extensions. 30” wide x nominal 128’ long integral collecting conveyor. 24” wide x nominal 44’ long waste conveyor.

•Stationary Parallel Flow Drum measures 8’-4” diameter x nominal 42’ long and is equipped with a 10 HP slinger feed conveyor. The unit is trunnion-driven with four (4) 40 HP drives. A Hauck StarJet 360 burner currently running on natural gas with a Hauck TBA-36-100 Blower.

•Nominal 450BBL aerated Dust Silo. Access ladder from grade to service platform.

•Stationary Pulsejet nominal 70,000 ACFM Baghouse includes (672) 6” dia x 12’ long top load bags. Hopper mounted Dust Removal Auger with 5 HP Drive. Gardner Denver DuroFLow Blower to return dust to Dust Silo. Mounted Exhaust Fan with (1) 150 HP drive. Exhaust Stack with Damper and Remote Control are included. Full perimeter handrails and caged access ladder to the top.

•A.C. System is equipped with one (1) stationary 30,000-gallon coiled AC tank, one (1) stationary 20,000-gallon coiled tank with agitator, and one (1) 15,000-gallon stationary tank. Stansteel 1,000-gallon calibration tank is equipped with Rice Lake load cells. A.C. System is heated by Stansteel 1.5 MBTU hot oil heater with Power Flame combo fuel burner. Unloading and plant supply pumps included.

•(1) 15,000 gallon skid mounted diesel Fuel Tank.

•Two (2) Gentec 240-ton capacity Storage Silos. Silos are equipped with safety gates and oil-heated cones, batchers included. Gentec Bintop slat measures 36” wide x nominal 17’ long. Main Slat Conveyor measures 28” inside box with x nominal 87’ long overall length. Flat bar slats measure 6” wide x 26” long on 6” pitch. Weightronics Model #6010-100T scale measures 10’ wide x 60’ long.

•Plant is equipped with Stansteel Accu-Track Legacy system controls and Gentec loadout controls. Eaton Cutlet-Hammer Motor Control Center Freedom Series 2100.

•Conex box with miscellaneous parts included with the plant.
