CMI Stationary Parallel Flow Drum Plant

•Stationary CMI Five (4+1) Bin Cold Feed System with 30” wide feeders. Bin 1 is 10’ x 14’; Bins 2-5 are 8’ x 13’. 5HP drives on each bin. 30” wide x nominal 70’ long integral collecting conveyor. 30” wide x nominal 50’ long Virgin Feed Conveyor with 20HP drive.

•Stationary Parallel Flow Drum with Recycle Collar. The drum is 7” dia x nominal 35’ long with expanded 8’-10” dia end. The unit is cradle chain driven with a single 75 HP motor and Heavy-Duty reducer. A Hauck Model burner and a TBA-24-50-0-1 blower.

•CMI Model #AP-450 48,000 ACFM Pulsejet Baghouse includes mounted fan with (1) one 150 HP drive with VFD. Bottom mounted auger dust removal with 5 HP drive. Plant is equipped with 30 HP Compressor.

•A.C. System includes (1) one CMI model #DF30-TM 30,000 gallon direct fired liquid A.C. Tank and (1) one vertical 15,000 gallon coiled only liquid A.C. tank. 3” Plant Supply pump with metering system mounted to A.C. Tank. 3” unloading pump with 15 HP drive mounted to the A.C. Tank.

•Recycle System includes (1) One 14’ x 8’ Recycle Bin. Feeder belt on bin #1 is 36” wide x nominal 18’ long feeding a 3’ x 6’ Deister single deck screen. Recycle Feed Conveyor to drum is 24” wide x nominal 50’ long with a 10 H.P drive. Conveyor is equipped with Belt Scale and Gravity Take-up.

•Silo System includes Stationary (2) Two 100 Ton Silos with batchers and bintop. Drag Slat measures nominal 66’ long. Slats measure 34” wide with 4” pitch. Floor is constructed of Chrome Carbide. Rice Lake Steel Truck Scale measures 10’ wide x 80’ long.

•Stationary single level Control House with Heat/AC. Digi-blend controls with Stansteel Baghouse controls. Updated VFD’s.
