Astec 400 TPH Portable Counterflow Drum Plant

• Portable Astec Five (5) Bin 10’ x 14’ Cold Feed System with nominal 24” wide feeders. 5HP drives on each bin and a vibrator on Bin 1. A nominal 30” wide x nominal 82’ long integral collecting conveyor with bi-folding head section. 4’ bin extensions and triple axle portability.

• Portable Astec 30” wide x nominal 26’-6’ long Transfer Feed Conveyor with 10HP drive feeds a 5’ x 12’ Double Deck Screen with deck selector. 30” wide x nominal 59’ long Virgin Feed Conveyor with 10HP drive. Single Axle Portability.

• Portable Astec Double Barrell Counterflow Drum with Recycle Collar. The drum is 8’-6” dia x nominal 37’-6” long. The unit is cradle chain driven with a single 200 HP motor and Heavy-Duty reducer. A Hauck Starjet 580 burner and a TBA-36-100 blower silencer. Triple axle portability.

• Portable Astec Model #PBH-67-TDB Pulsejet Baghouse includes mounted fan with twin 150 HP drive motors. Bottom mounted twin auger dust removal and triple axle portability. Plant is equipped with 100 HP Compressor. Astec portable horizontal single cyclone primary collector with (1) one auger returning to drum and (1) one bottom feed auger.

• Heatec portable model #HT-35P/HCS coiled only liquid AC Tank with Heatec HCS-100 1.0M BTU Hot Oil Heater.

• Portable 15,000 gallon RFO tank

• Astec Portable Recycle System includes (2) Two Recycle Bins, 14’ x 9’ with 4’ bin extensions and grizzlies. Feeder belt on bin #1 is nominal 15’ long x 36” wide and feeder belt #2 is nominal 30’ long x 36” wide. Collecting Conveyor is nominal 30” wide x 46’ long. Belt from recycle screen to drum is nominal 30” wide x 50’ long. Recycle Screen is a single deck 4’ x 8’ screen.

• Astec Portable 75 Ton SEB with 52’ long drag slat conveyor. Slats measure 7” tall x 32” wide with 6” pitch. Floor is constructed of steel.

• Portable single level Control House with Heat/AC with quad axle portability. Astec PMIII controls.

• Extra equipment includes (2) Two trailers: (1) One tool shed and (1) One QC lab.
