Description
· All functions are fully operational. Machine was fully cleaned (inside & out)
· Complete Service (All Filters, Oils, /Lube, Air) have been done.
· CAT Engine diagnostics completed.
· In the C1 Conveyor:
o New headshaft and footshaft sprockets
o New C1 Chain
o New inner and outer footshaft bearings
o New outside scraper augers
o New C1 Floor Liners
o New Idler Bearings
o New Casters
· In the C2 Conveyor
o New set of augers
o New C2 Chain
o New headshaft and footshaft sprockets
o New Idler shafts and bearings
o New footshafts
o New footshaft and headshaft bearings
· In the C3 Conveyor
o New Conveyor Chain
o New Sprockets
o New head and footshaft bearings
o New idler bearings
o New Footshaft and headshaft bearings
o New Idler Bearings
o New Floor and Side Liners
· Other Work:
o The tires inspected and in good condition.
o Gear Boxes – magnetic plugs pulled and inspected for metal.
o Cylinders, cylinder pins and bushings inspected and replaced as needed
o Truck Dump Hopper – Skid Runners replaced, Oscillating Push Rollers were repaired with new parts. Caster Wheels replaced. New Baffle bearings.
o All Rubber Flashings, Canvas and Vinyl covers C1, C2, C3 inspected and replaced if necessary.
o Operator consoles inspected and functional.
o Clean-out doors and inspection hatchs all operational.
o All handles, locks, and doors functional or replaced.
o Work lights and switches replaced as needed.
o Spray down pump replaced.
o New batteries
o New fumex hose
o Seats refurbished.
o Hose and fittings inspected and replaced as needed.
