Complete Barber Greene 5 Ton Batch Plant

• Stationary Five (5) Bin 12’ x 15’ Cold Feed System with nominal 24” wide feeders. All Bins have dividers with 3 HP drive motors. Bin #1 has a Vibrator. A nominal 30” x nominal 197’ stationary integral truss collecting conveyor.

• Stationary Parallel Flow Dryer. The dryer is 9’ diameter x 32’ long and is equipped with a gravity feed chute. The unit is cradle chain driven with 75 HP drive motor. Hauck model Eco-star ES110 burner with fuel train included. Burner is currently running on natural gas.

• Dust System features a nominal 700BBL aerated dust silo.

• Stationary Vertical Single Cyclone Primary Collector with dust return to Hot Elevator via Auger. Auger measures nominal 12” dia x 30’ long with 7 HP drive motor.

• Nominal 60,000 CFM Stationary Pulsejet Baghouse includes bottom mounted auger for dust removal. Variable speed Air Lock with 2 HP drive motor. Twin City Inlet Exhaust fan model BCS-SW *motor missing.

• AC System includes one (1) Stationary 10,000 gallon Hy-way® Electank electric tank and Two (2) Hy-way® DuoTank Stationary coiled only tanks with Unloading Pump included. All tanks are fully skinned and insulated for maximum heat retention. Heatec 800k BTU Hot Oil Heater is running on Natural Gas. 3” AC Pump to supply plant.

• One (1) Recycle Bin System. The bin opening at the top is nominal 9’-6” x 14’. 24” wide x nominal 9’ long feeder belt. Recycle Bin contains a vibrator and grizzly. 24” wide x nominal 80’ long feed conveyor.

• Barber Greene 10,000 # Batch Tower. Inclined screen deck measuring 5’ wide x 18’ long with twin 20 HP motors. Equipped with Five (5) hot bins including high, middle, and low-level indicators. Aggregate weigh hopper has load cells installed. AC weigh bucket is hot oil heated with load cells. 5-ton pugmill is hot oil heated, powered by 150 HP motor.

• Stationary single-level control house is wood-constructed. MCC is present. *Controls are not included with the plant.
