6 Ton Complete Batch Plant

Complete Barber Greene Stationary Counterflow Batch Plant. Features of this plant include the following:

•          Stationary Five (5) Bin 8’-6” x 14’ Cold Feed System with nominal 24” wide feeders.  All bins have bin extensions/dividers and 3 HP drives. Bin #1 has grizzly.  A nominal 30” wide x nominal 160’ long integral truss collecting conveyor with 20 HP drive.
•          Stationary Barber Greene model DC-70 Counterflow Flow Dryer. The dryer is 9’ diameter x 32’ long and is equipped with a rotary inlet chute.  The unit is cradle chain driven. Genco model AF-75 burner with 75 HP motor. Burner is currently running on natural gas.
•          Dust System features nominal 375BBL aerated dust silo with vane feeder.
•          Nominal 70,000 CFM Stationary Pulsejet Baghouse includes bottom mounted auger and Chicago Pneumatics Compressor model #CP0506. Primary Collector is a vertical single cyclone with dust returning to hot elevator.
•          AC System includes one (1) portable 25,000 gallon split direct fired tank with agitation system and twin (2) 15,000-gallon stationary coiled only AC tanks with 3” unloading pump. Heatec model #HCS-100 1.0M BTU hot oil heater.
•          One (1) Recycle Bin System. The bin opening at the top is nominal 8’-6” x 14’ with steep sidewalls. 30” wide x nominal 50’ long feeder belt. Recycle Bin contains a vibrator and grizzly. 30” wide x nominal 130’ long feed conveyor.
•          One (1) 11’-6” wide x 24’ LG stationary split level Control House with heat/AC with separate MCC building.
•          Barber Greene 12,000 # Batch Tower. Horizontal screen deck measuring 6’ wide x 22’ long with twin 25 HP motors. Equipped with Four (4) hot bins including high and low-level indicators. Aggregate weigh hopper has load cells and recycle chute installed. AC weigh bucket is hot oil heated with load cells. 6-ton pugmill is powered by 150 HP motor, tips and liners installed within the past 4 years.
•          Two (2) 200-ton capacity storage silos. Silos have hot-oiled cones and clam gates. Totally enclosed batchers with seal gates. The silos are complete with square decks and handrails.
•          Bintop drag slat transfer conveyor. 24” wide x 16’ long with Dodge gearbox. Floor is electrically heated.
•         Main drag slat conveyor. Nominal 43” wide x 92’ long. 4” double strand roller chain with 4” tall x 6” wide angle x 33” slats. Floor is constructed from steel, oil heated.
•          Steel deck truck scale is 11’ wide x 60’ long.
