DESCRIPTION: 

• BDM Stationary (4) Four Bin 9’ x 11’ Cold Feed System with 24” wide Feed Conveyors. 3HP AC Feeder drives. 30” wide x nominal 70’ long integral Collecting Conveyor with 10HP drive. Belt guards on feeders and collecting conveyor.

• BDM 30” wide x nominal 60’ long Intermediate Transfer Conveyor with a Diester 4’ x 7’ single deck Virgin Aggregate Scalping Screen.

• Twin shaft lime blending pugmill feeds a channel frame Weigh Conveyor with 30” wide belt. Load cell weigh bridge with wind shroud covering. 10HP AC drive.

• BDM model #DM734 Portable Parallel Flow Drum. 7’ dia x nominal 34’ long. The drum is equipped with a Recycle Entry, 5HP Slinger Belt type feed, and a 75HP single motor cradle chain drive. Triple axle portability.

• Hauck SJO-360 75MBTU Burner currently running on Natural Gas.

• BDM Portable 300BBL Dust Silo with discharge auger back to pugmill.

• BDM model #42000M Portable Pulse Jet Baghouse. Factory rated @ 42,000 ACFM. (560) 6” dia x 96” long top load bags.  Exhaust fan with 200HP direct drive motor. Auger dust return system with 10HP motors.  Knock-out box pre-filter. Automatic damper control. 25HP Air Compressor included. Triple axel portability.

• BDM model #30000M Portable 30,000-gallon direct fired AC Tank. Fully skinned and insulated. Tandem axle portability.

• BDM Portable Recycle System includes a 9’ x 11’ Top Opening Bin. 24” wide x nominal 9’ long Feeder Belt feeds a 24” wide x nominal 60’ long conveyor with belt scale. Single axle portability.

• BDM Portable 75 Ton Asphalt Storage Silo. Fully insulated 12’ dia barrel and cone with clam shell type gates. 4,000# hopper type weigh batcher. High and low level bindicators. 11’ wide x 12’ tall drive thru. Enclosed handrails on top.

• BDM 225TPH Main Drag Slat with full length ladder along one side and Reject System. 50HP drive motor. Handrails and platform around head section. 6” pitch single chain with 28” wide angle slats. Electric floor heat.

• Portable Control House and MCC measure 8’ x 20’ with heating and air conditioning. EZ Blend Blending Controls, Digi-Loader silo loadout system, and Hauck Burner Controls included.
