This refurbished E2850 sn 1130 has had a Chattanooga Hotmix REBUILD. It is ready for your next job.
· All functions are fully operational. Machine was fully cleaned (inside & out)
· Complete Service (All Filters, Oils, /Lube, Air) have been done.
· In the Elevator (C1 Conveyor):
o ALL Floor and Side Liners have been replaced with Clad.
o Footshafts upgraded to Barrel style auger system
o New Headshaft
o New headshaft and footshaft sprockets
o New Elevator Chain
o New inner and outer footshaft bearings
o New idler bearings
o New cast auger covers
o Cross braces have been repaired
· In the Storage Hopper (C2 Conveyor)
o New outer auger segments
o New Inner and outer footshaft bearings
o New headshaft and footshaft sprockets
· In the Conveyor (C3)
o New Clad Floors Liners
o New Side Liners
o New Footshaft and headshaft bearings
o New Idler Bearings
o New headshaft sprockets and footshaft split rollers
o New Conveyor Chain
· Other Work:
o Seats have been recovered
o The tires inspected and in good condition.
o Gear Boxes – magnetic plugs pulled and inspected for metal.
o Cylinders, cylinder pins and bushings inspected and replaced as needed
o Truck Dump Hopper – Skid Runners, Oscillating Push Rollers were inspected and in good condition and functional. Baffle was repaired. Caster Wheels in good condition.
o All Rubber Flashings, Canvas and Vinyl covers C1, C2, C3 inspected and replaced if necessary.
o Operator consoles inspected and functional.
o Clean-out doors and inspection hatchs all operational.
o All handles, locks, and doors functional or replaced.
