This refurbished SB2500D s/n 987 has had a Chattanooga Hotmix REBUILD. It is ready for your next job!

· All functions are fully operational. Machine was fully cleaned (inside & out)

· Complete Service (All Filters, Oils, /Lube, Air) have been done. Two NEW Batteries.

· Headshafts and Footshafts inspected. C1 footshaft replaced and UPGRADED to accept Cast Augers. C1 headshaft replaced.

· All chains and slats inspected. C1, and C3 Chains are NEW

· All C1 and C2 Augers are NEW.

· All C1 Sprockets are NEW.   

· ALL C1, C2, C3 Side, Floor, & Auger Liners inspected and replaced as needed.               

· C1 & C2 & C3 Footshaft Bearings are NEW

· Idler bearings inspected and replaced as needed.

· The tires inspected and in good condition.

· Gear Boxes – magnetic plugs pulled and inspected for metal. C1 Gearbox is NEW.

· Cylinders, cylinder pins and bushings inspected and replaced as needed

· Truck Dump Hopper – Skid Runners, Oscillating Push Rollers were inspected and in good condition and functional. Baffle bearings are new and one set Caster Wheels are new.

· All Rubber Flashings, Canvas and Vinyl covers C1, C2, C3 inspected and replaced if necessary.

· Operator consoles inspected and functional.

· Clean-out doors and inspection hatchs all operational.

· All handles, locks, and doors functional or replaced.
