Description
- CMI Model #SAB-632 Stationary Six (6) Bin 10’ x 14’ Cold Feed System with 24” wide x 10’ long feeder belts, 5 HP A.C. drives and a 36” wide x nominal 130’ integral Collecting Conveyor with 10 HP motor.
- Smico 4’ x 12’ Single Deck Virgin Aggregate Scalping Screen.
- Standard Havens Stationary 24” wide x nominal 45’ long Virgin Feed Conveyor with Belt Scale and Gravity Take-Up.
- CMI Stationary Model STD-400 E3 Stationary Counterflow Drum. 9’-5” dia x nominal 46’ long triple drum shell is trunnion driven unit is equipped with a 5 HP Slinger Feed Conveyor. The unit includes a recycle entry collar and support stand to grade. The burner is a Hauck Starjet 580 combination fuel burner currently burning natural gas with a TBA-36-100 100HP Blower. Gas Train included.
- CMI Stationary Model #RA-320S nominal 85,000 CFM Baghouse with (960) top load 5” dia x 13’-6” long bags. Baghouse includes a backward incline fan with (2) 125HP motors.
- Two (2) Portable 700 BBL Dust Silos. Both silos include load cells and discharge pod, and dust blower with 10 HP discharge auger. Full length caged ladder to top of silos.
- Two (2) CMI Stationary 30,000 Gallon AC tanks. Tank one includes an agitation system. Both tanks are skid mounted, skinned, insulated and split 15/15 coiled compartments.
- CMI 3.0 MBTU Hot Oil Heater with Iron Fireman Burner. 15HP hot oil pump. 4” Mass Flo pump metering system mounted to tank.
- One (1) Stationary 10’ x 12’ Recycle Bin with 10” wide x 30’ long belt and grizzly.
- One (1) Stationary 10’ x 14’ Recycle Bin with 10” wide x 30’ long belt and grizzly.
- Peerless 3’ x 5’ Single Deck Stationary Screen.
- One (1) Telesmith Model #3036 Lumb Breaker.
- One (1) Recycle Feed Conveyor with 24” wide x 60’ long with Belt Scale and Gravity Take-Up.
- CMI Model #ES-190D Stationary Drag Slat 36” wide x nominal 88’ long. Dual strand 4” pitch roller chain with 6” x 33” angle slats. Chrome Carbide floor liners. Reject system. Full length maintenance/inspection walkway, with handrail, along one side of the slat.
- Three (3) CMI 200 Ton Silos are fully insulated and include hot oil cone heat and electric gate heat.
- Two (2) CMI Bintop Conveyors 36” wide x 14’-6” long with chrome carbide floor.
- Electric, above ground steel Truck Scale measures 10’ wide x 120’ long.
- CMI Stationary Split Level Control House includes front entry door with access platform, handrails, and stairs. Heated and Air Conditioned. Includes Impulse II Controls. 1600 AMP in MCC.
