Baghouse Top Section

•NEW Bags and Cages

•Check baffle wall / dirty air inlet and repair as needed

•Replace solenoid valves / rewire to junction box

•Replace rubber connector hoses between the solenoid valve down pipe and blowpipe

•New seals on doors

•Blast and Paint

Baghouse Mid-Section

•Check baffle wall / dirty air inlet and repair as needed

•Blast and Paint

Baghouse Hopper Section

•Check auger hanger bearings / shafts / packing / replace as needed.

•Drain and refill gearbox

•Replace V-belts on auger drive

•Replace V-belts on fan drive

•New seals on door

•Check damper / replace actuator

•Blast and Paint

Horizontal Cyclone

•New seals on door

•Check liners in cyclone / hopper / inlet transition

•New rubber coupling: cyclone to upper section

•Check airlock drive / drain and refill gearbox

•Blast and Paint

•Fasteners / silicone to reassemble baghouse.
