DESCRIPTION:  Complete 1997 CMI Portable Counterflow E-300P Drum Plant. Features of this plant include the following:

• Portable CMI Model #PAB-432 – Four (4) Bin 10’ x 14’ Cold Feed System with 30” wide x 6’ feeders, 5 HP shaft mounted drives and a nominal 30” wide integral collecting conveyor with bi-folding head section. These cold feed systems are also equipped with self-storing support pads to grade, self-contained ramping bulkhead on the loading side and tandem axle portability.
• Pugmill Systems Model #300-BT Stationary Twin Shaft Pugmill feeds a stationary conveyor.
• Smico® 4’ x 8’ Single Deck Virgin Aggregate Scalping Screen with 5HP drive feeds a 15HP CMI Model #PC-2447 Portable Self-Erect 24” x nominal 47’ long Virgin Scale Conveyor with Gravity Take-up, Belt Scale, and wind guards on a single axle suspension.
• Portable CMI Model #E3-300P: A 300 TPH rated Counterflow Drum. This unit is equipped with a 5 HP slinger feed conveyor, Cradle Chain driven with 100HP motor and Heavy-Duty Dodge reducer. The burner is a Hauck Starjet 520 long nose burner currently burning #2 fuel with a Hauck Blower. Unit also includes a recycle entry collar, support stands to grade, and triple axle suspension.
• Portable CMI Model #RA-318P Roto-Aire Baghouse Factory rated up to 74,844 ACFM @ 5.5:1 ratio. Baghouse includes 756 top mounted bags with dual auger bottom feeds a cross auger for dust removal and tandem axle suspension. CMI Backward Incline Fan with a 150HP motor. Exhaust Damper and Remote Control included.
• Dust “Run-Around” System to include two (2) dust augers with drives and adjustable support stands and a Surge Pod with a waste auger. Impact Meter included.
• One (1) CEI Portable 35,000 Gallon Coiled AC Tank with Agitation System. Fully Skinned and Insulated. The tank features an on-board Model #CEI-1200-C Hot Oil Heater, Unloading Pump and Metering System on a triple axle suspension.
• 1992 Con-E-Con Portable Complete Lime System with discharge auger. Control Panel mounted on frame. Single axle portability.
• 2007 Portable Terex Model #PRB-120 RAP System consisting of one 8’ x 14’ bin with 30” wide feeder and a nominal 30” wide integral collecting conveyor. Terex Lump Breaker feeds a Portable Self-Erect 24” x nominal 60’ long RAP Feed Conveyor with Gravity Take-up and Belt Scale on a single axle suspension.
• One (1) Portable CMI model SE-195, Self-Erect Silo. Unit features a 36” wide main drag slat conveyor factory rated @ 450 TPH, dual strand 4” pitch chain, a pneumatic reject system.
• One (1) Portable CMI Model #PEC-2U Single Level Control House and Motor Control Center. EZ Blend Controls included.
