Dryer:
- Cedarapids/Custom Welding Counterflow 100” Diameter x 32’ long Shell as well as frame. Gravity chute in feed with divert, recycle collar. Dryer is cradle chain driven with 75HP Drive package, right hand discharge from burner end.
- Genco® UFII-100 with 60HP Blower which is currently fired on Natural Gas
- Dryer was lined in 2019, and a new recycle collar installed in 2017
Batch Tower:
- Cedarapids 8,000# capacity
- Totally enclosed nominal 400TPH Vertical Hot Elevator with 40HP drive package. Elevator was rebuilt in 2018.
- Horizontal Screen with 3-1/2 decks, and totally enclosed Eccentric Drive.
- (4) Compartment, hot bins with level indication, clam style discharge gates and aggregate sample trays.
- 8,000# oil jacketed pugmill, drive for the pugmill is powered by a 100 HP motor.
Dust Collection:
- Dust Eater 70,000 ACFM Pulse Jet Baghouse with (2) 125HP motors
- 10HP dust removal auger measuring 12” x 30’ as well as a 7.5HP 10” x 30’ auger
- New bags in 2017
- Quincy Model# OMAJACA31H Air Compressor w/50HP motor as well as Zek air dryer
- All interconnecting duct work also included
Virgin/Recycle Storage & Conveying:
- Cold Feed Bin options available on request from Stansteel Used
- Cedarapids 30” x 60’ Virgin Scale Conveyor w/20HP drive package as well as belt cleaner
- Kohlberg 4’ x 10’ single deck Vibrating Screen w/10HP motor
- Cedarapids 30” x 40’ Virgin Transfer Conveyor w/10HP drive package
- Single 10’ x 16’ Recycle bin, 10HP VFD controlled drive package, 24” x 40’ collector w/10HP Drive package, Air Cannon, top mounted grizzly as well as inspection platform & walkway.
- 24” x 50’ Recycle Scale Conveyor w/10HP drive package
- Kohlberg 4’ x 10’ single deck Vibrating Screen w/5HP motor
