Complete Batch Plant described as follows:

• Batch Tower: Cedarapids 6 Ton/12,000# batch tower. Newer model Deister horizontal screen deck. Hot bins with high- and low-level indicators. All legs, walkways, and platforms included.
• Bucket Elevator: Cedarapids nominal 55’ tall x 26” wide Hot Bucket Elevator
• Cold Feed System: CMI® Eight (8) Bin 10’ x 14’ Cold Feed Bins System with 30” wide x 10’ long feeders and 5HP AC Drives. A 36” wide x nominal 110’ long integral Collecting Conveyor with 7.5 HP drive.  A 36” wide x nominal 40’ long scale conveyor feeds the Dryer.
• Dust System: One (1) nominal 650 BBL Dust Additive Silo with aeriated cone and caged ladder access.  One (1) nominal 620 BBL Dust Additive Silo with top mounted Filter Vent Baghouse and caged ladder access.
• Dryer: Custom Counterflow Aggregate Dryer with a nominal 110” dia x 32’ long shell. Cradle Chain driven and fully skinned and insulated. Slinger type feed and right-hand discharge from burner end.
• Burner: Genco® UFII 135, 119.6 M.B.T.U. Combination Oil/Gas Burner currently set up on Natural Gas.
• Baghouse: CMI model RA320S Reverse Air Baghouse with 960 total top load bags, nearly 17,000 sq/ft of cloth and factory rated up to 85,000 ACFM. Auger dust removal, inertial collector for heavy fines, and a backward inclined exhaust fan with two (2) 125 HP motors.
• Recycle System: One (1) 8’ x 14’ Recycle Feed Bin on load cells with 30” wide x 6’ long Feeder and a 5 HP drive. Smico/Symons 3’ x 4’ single deck scalping screen. A 30” wide x nominal 120’ long truss feed conveyor feeds recycle into the Pugmill.
• AC System: Two (2) nominal 15,000-gallon AC Storage tanks with Process Heating® Electric Heating Elements. One (1) 3” plant supply pump with a 15 HP drive.
• Silo Storage System: Two (2) Standard Havens® Magnum Series 200 Ton Silos with top mounted batchers and hot oil cone heat. A shuttle type bintop transfer conveyor. A Standard Havens 3’ x 3’ x 88’ long Main Drag Slat Conveyor with hot oil heat, dual strand 4” pitch chain and bolt on angle slats. A pneumatic folding underplant chute directs material from the batch plant to the silo system.
• Controls: WEM Batch plant Controls and Silo Loadout. Hauck burner control. Starters and Breakers are housed below the control house.
