DESCRIPTION: Complete Bituma® Portable Parallel Flow Drum Plant. Features of this plant include the following:
- Cold Feed System: Four (4) Bin 9’ x 14’ Portable Bituma® Cold Feed System with 24” wide feeders and a nominal 30” wide integral collecting conveyor. 2’ Bin Dividers and a Vibrator on Bin #3. Tandem axle portability.
- Screen and Virgin Scale Conveyor: Diester 4’ x 8’ Single Deck Virgin Aggregate Scalping Screen with 5HP Drive feeds a Portable Bituma® 30” x nominal 50’ long Virgin Scale Conveyor with Belt Scale and Gravity Take-up on a single axle suspension.
- Drum and Burner: Bituma® 400 TPH rated Portable 86” dia x 40’ long Parallel Flow Drum with 10’ extended inlet and a Recycle Collar. Slinger Belt feed. Trunnion drive with (2) 75HP motors. Triple axle portability. Genco® UF11 74,000CFM Combination Fuel Burner with a 75HP Blower.
- Dust Silo: Ma-Tran Portable 600BBL Dust Silo with 50HP Dust Blower and Vane Feeder/Air Lock. Single axle portability.
- Baghouse: Gencor® Portable Pulsejet Baghouse rated up to nominal 72,000 ACFM with 1,020 top load 5” dia x 9’ long bags. Drag slat bottom feeds a summing screw for dust removal. Pulse Control Panel and Main Control Panel included. Baghouse includes mounted fan with (1) 200HP drive. Free Flow/Gardner Denver 50HP 4000RPM Dust Blower. Sullair Screw-type 50HP Air Compressor mounted on rear of baghouse. Triple axle portability.
- Fuel Tank: One (1) 10,000-gallon Portable Fuel Tank on single axle portability. Fuel Pump and Oil Train included.
- AC Tanks: One (1) Burke Portable 30,000-gallon Direct Fired AC Tank that is fully skinned and insulated with a Webster 1.0 MBTU Burner. One (1) CEI Portable 30,000-gallon Direct Fired AC Tank with Scavenger Coils that is fully skinned and insulated with a Ray Burner 1.0 MBTU Burner. Both tanks on tandem axle portability.
- Recycle System: One (1) Portable 10’ x 14’ Bin w/ Grizzly. A 30” wide x 13’-8” long Feeder Belt feeds a 30” wide x 30’ long Collecting Conveyor with 7.5HP drive. One (1) Portable Gencor® 10’ x 15’ Bin w/ Grizzly. A 36” wide x 12’-6” long Feeder Belt feeds a 30” wide Collecting Conveyor with 7.5HP drive. Both Bins on single axle portability.
- Screen and Recycle Feed Conveyor: Kolberg 5’ x 10’ Single Deck Screen feeds a Portable Bituma® 30” wide x nominal 50’ long Recycle Feed Conveyor with Belt Scale and Gravity Take-up on a single axle suspension.
- Silo System: One (1) Portable Estee 100 Ton capacity Hotmix Storage Silo with Cone Liners. Fully insulated and skinned with electric cone and gate heat. Single axle portability with 12’ tall x 11’-6” width Drive-Thru. 42” wide x 41” deep Portable Estee Drag Slat Conveyor with dual strand 4” pitch roller chain, 38 ¾” x 5 ½” flat bar slats, castings wear floor, and a 75HP motor.
- Control House and Controls: Portable Bituma® Single Level 8’ wide x 35’ long includes HVAC System, Starting Gear, and Main Breaker. Single axle portability. Systems Controls.
- Generator Trailer: 50’ tandem axle Brown brand trailer includes CAT Model 3412 500kw main generator set and CAT Model 320875kw night generator set.
- Baghouse Generator Trailer / Tool Room: Fruehauf semi-trailer includes CAT Model D-3406TAB 350kw baghouse generator set.
