Full length continuous walkway along bins. Control Panel mounted on unit.
- Deister® Screen and Astec Virgin Scale Conveyor: Deister® Model #USM 2412 4’ x 12’ Double Deck Virgin Aggregate Scalping Screen feeds an Astec 30” x nominal 57’ long 15HP Skid-mounted Virgin Scale Conveyor with Belt Scale and Gravity Take-up.
- Astec Double Barrel Drum Mixer and Hauck Burner: Astec Relocatable 8’ dia x 41’ long Double Barrel Drum Mixer with Recycle Collar. Cradle chain driven with (1) 200HP drive. Hauck Star Jet Model #SJ-580 Combo Burner with TBA-36-100. Maxxon Gas Valves.
- Astec Baghouse and Cyclone: Astec Model #RBH-58 Pulsejet Skid-mounted Baghouse factory rated 58,00 ACFM @ 5:5 Air to Cloth Ratio with 864 top load 4 5/8” dia x 10’-6” long bags equipped with Venturies. 15HP Single Auger bottom dust removal. Pulse Control Panel and Main Control Panel included. Mounted fan with (2) 125HP drives. Horizontal Cyclone. Quincy Model #QGD-50 50HP Air Compressor included.

– One (1) 1992 Stationary Heatec Model #TA-35E Split 35,000 Gallon coiled AC Tank Fully skinned and insulated.
– One (1) 1992 Stationary Heatec Model #TA-35E 35,000 Gallon coiled AC Tank Fully skinned and insulated. Loading/Unloading Pump located on rear of tank.
– One (1) Heatec Model #HC-120 1.2 MBTU Hot Oil Heater with 7.5HP PowerFlame burner. Combo heater currently running on Natural Gas.
– One (1) skid-mounted Diesel Tank nominal 12,000 Gallon with 10HP Unloading Pump.
– Astec LA-200 Green Additive System. - (2) Bin Herman Grant Recycle System: Two (2) Bin 8’ x 15’ Stationary Recycle System with 24” wide Feeder Belts and a 24” wide x nominal 51’ long collecting conveyor. Vibrator and Grizzly on Bin 1. A 5HP Crusher with Single Deck 3’ x 6’ Screen feeds a 24” wide x nominal 40’ long Feed Conveyor with Weigh Bridge.

– Astec 36” wide x nominal 100’ long Stationary Main Drag Slat Conveyor. 6” pitch single strand roller chain with 7” tall x 34” wide flat bar slats. Hot Oil Floor Heat. Cast Floor Liners. Reject Chute. 75HP Drive Package. Continuous walkways on both sides up the drag slat.
– Astec 25HP Rotating Transfer Conveyor on top of silos with single strand roller chain 7” wide x 34” wide flat bar slats.
– One (1) Astec Model #LPS12010 10’ wide x 120’ long Low Profile Above Ground Steel Truck Scale with Load Cells.
