DESCRIPTION:  Complete Parallel Flow Drum Plant. Features of this plant include the following:

• Cold Feed System, Screen, and Virgin Scale Conveyor: Six (6) Bin 10’ x 14’ Stationary Cold Feed System. (4) Aesco Madsen and (2) Custom Built. 24” wide x 10’ long feeders and a nominal 30” wide x 105’ long integral collecting conveyor. Vibrator on bin 2. Single Deck 4’ x 8’ Virgin Aggregate Scalping Screen feeds a Portable 30” wide x nominal 35’ long belt Virgin Scale Conveyor with wind guards.
• Portable Drum and Burner: 2006 Aesco Madsen Model #GP400P Portable 8’ dia x 45’ long Parallel flow Drum with Recycle Collar. Slinger Belt fed. Trunnion driven. Hauck SJ 580 Combination Fuel Burner with Blower. Quad axle portability.
• Portable Baghouse: 2006 Aesco Madsen Model #HRB-816P Pulsejet Portable Baghouse factory rated up to 65,000 ACFM with 816 top load bags. Drag Slat bottom for dust removal. The baghouse includes a mounted Industrial Air Products Model #542 Fan with single motor. Triple axle portability.
• Portable Dust/Lime Silo: Portable 300BBL with top mounted baghouse. Caged ladder runs length of silo. Tandem axle portability.
• AC Tanks: One (1) Aesco Madsen Model #ACT-25KP Portable 25,000-gallon electric heated AC Tank that is fully skinned and insulated. Tandem axle portability. One (1) 20,000-gallon AC Tank that is fully skinned and insulated. Burke Electric 3HP Fuel Pre-Heater. Vertical AC Tanks pictured are not included.
• Recycle System: Single Bin Stationary Recycle System and Feed Conveyor. One (1) 14’ x 17’ Bin with an Air Cannon and Vibrator feeds a nominal 34’ long portable conveyor belt. Peerless 5’ x 10’ Single Deck feeds onto a stationary nominal 47’ long conveyor belt.
• Silo System: Two (2) Stationary Stansteel 200 Ton Silos fully insulated and skinned with safety gates. Hot oil gate heat and hot oil heat on cone liners. 12’ tall x 11’ wide Drive-Thru. Top mounted batchers on both silos. Single Bintop Transfer. Stationary Drag Slat Conveyor with Reject System. Single stand roller chain with flat bar slats. Maintenance/inspection walkway (with handrails) along both sides of the slat. Above ground 11’ wide x 120’ long Truck Scale.
• Control House: Portable control house with MCC and Systems ADP-100 blending computer. Single axle portability.
